How your data is handled

2. What is collected and why

Enquiries. The form on this site neither sends nor stores anything: the button opens your own email program with the message ready. Once you send it, the house receives your name, email address, dates, number of guests and message. They are used only to answer you and, if you book, for your stay (legal basis: steps prior to a contract and performance of the contract).

Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses in short-lived logs for security and delivery.

3. What is not used

No cookies, analytics, ads or tracking. Fonts are served from this site and the map is a static image (no requests to Google). The “open in Google Maps” link only takes you to Google when you click it.

4. How long data is kept

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer and for your stay; invoicing and guest registration data as long as the law requires.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. Write to info@joffitours.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
