Questions guests ask
Are the bedrooms separate from the living room?
Not fully. The two bedrooms are on a gallery under the roof that opens onto the living room, without doors. Cosy for a family, worth knowing in advance for a group of adults.
Are the stairs OK for children?
The stairs are wooden, spiral and narrow. Older children manage fine; with toddlers or older guests take care. The bathroom is downstairs.
How many people can sleep in one apartment?
Up to 6: four in the beds upstairs (a double and two singles) and two on the sofa beds in the living room. For a bigger group take both apartments, up to 12 together.
Is there a dishwasher or washing machine?
No. The kitchen has a cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Laundry can be arranged at extra cost.
Can you pick us up from the airport?
Yes, by arrangement and at extra cost. The house has a van for up to 8 passengers, which also drives to trailheads and on day trips.
Where do we buy ski passes?
The house sells ski passes. The Kanin cable car is a kilometre away.
